We usually deliver within 1–5 hours , and often sooner. although we try our best to deliver order earlier. Orders placed after 8 PM will be delivered the next day .

Do you deliver to all areas in Kuwait?

Yes, delivery is available across all areas of Kuwait

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees are based on your location:

Al Asimah & Hawalli : 2 KD
Mubarak Al-Kabeer : 3 KD
All other Areas: 5 KD

Can I get a refund after placing an order?

We currently do not offer refunds. However, product exchanges may be possible in some cases, in accordance with our exchange policy.
